Terms of Use

For parents and guardians

These terms apply to your family’s use of Bloomy Games (the “Service”). By letting your child use the Service, you agree to them on your child’s behalf. Please also read our Children’s Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Bloomy Games

The games are designed for children aged 4–12 under the supervision of a parent, guardian or teacher. The Parent Area is intended for adults only.

Family accounts are optional and may only be created by a parent, legal guardian or teacher aged 18 or over. You are responsible for the child profiles you add, for keeping access to your email secure, and for signing out on shared devices. You can delete your account at any time in the Parent Area.

2. Free and paid features

The core games are free. We may offer an optional paid plan for parents or schools (“Bloomy Plus”). Prices, what’s included and how to cancel will be shown clearly before any purchase, and purchases are only made by adults. We never ask children to buy anything.

3. Acceptable use

Please don’t copy, scrape, resell or interfere with the Service, or attempt to access data that isn’t yours.

4. Content and ownership

All games, artwork, characters and text are owned by Bloomy Games or its licensors. Certificates you print are yours to keep and share with family.

5. Educational content

We work hard to make activities accurate and age-appropriate, but Bloomy Games supplements — it does not replace — teachers, schools or professional advice.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and working offline where possible, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. Progress stored on a device can be lost if browser data is cleared.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bloomy Games is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and highlight important changes.
